Our vision is to utilize the advantages of small houses to offer not the same but even better living comfort than in standard size houses (approx. 125 m2 ). Much smaller areas and rooms offer the possibility to use higher quality materials for facades, interior design and modern smart-home and audio-visual technology, which would not be possible in the larger houses for cost reasons.
