We are convinced that our houses can soon offer you the most modern living comfort of small houses available on the market. We will equip our houses with smart home technology, and modern appliances for the kitchen and bathroom-WC. And not only...TV, movies from the Internet, YouTube & Co. Videos and music are constant daily companions of modern man.

That is why our houses will have a new so-called media wall, approx. 30 cm thick, in which you can accommodate all audiovisual devices such as televisions, sound bars, hi-fi systems together with speakers and projectors. They are then hidden in the wall and are not standing around in the room.

The almost square floor plan in the living room on the ground floor enables easy control over the acoustics of the room, which with appropriate measures can achieve nearly studio sound quality and enable a cinema similar experience .

Pixxel house models and design

We will offer a whole range of Pixxel House models, from 30 m2 as 1 room (basic solution) to 100 m2 living space with 5 rooms. You will have the possibility to choose the material of the facades. In standard version, we will offer a WPC wood-like façade that does not require any maintenance.

We also attach great importance to modern design of the interiors of our houses. The main unit of all houses is an approx. 30 m2 room with a kitchen, bathroom-toilet, dining table area and relaxation area with an oversized sofa bed including oversized wardrobe up to 2.50 m wide and 2.70 high. In this way, we ensure high design quality in the interior design as well.

Of course, you will also be able to choose the individual pieces of furniture yourself; the architect will give you free advice on the interior design of other rooms as well.
